RMA process

ROAD EYES agrees to provide all its customers with a high quality service. Our warranty is therefore in the New European Regulation with a period of 24 months.

To ease the process and minimize delays, the team ROAD EYES ask you to respect the following steps. Before returning a product, it is essential to obtain an authorization number for return agreement with team ROAD EYES.

For this agreement, you must download our RMA request form, fill it carefully and send it by mail: rma@road-eyes.com. Once you have obtained an RMA number, all materials subject to an RMA process should be sent to the following address: ROAD EYES SAS / Service RMA / 125 avenue des Champs-Élysées – 75008 Paris – France

Return the defective equipment

The material must be received properly sealed packaged. ROAD EYES can not be held responsible for damage caused by transportation. You must include the RMA form and a copy of the delivery note or invoice equipment. The RMA authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
ROAD EYES can not be held responsible for any content received other than products mentioned outside of the box / packaging shipping.

Service costs

Hardware Warranty: ROAD EYES shall bear administrative costs, repair costs and return postage. Only transportation costs to send us your equipment before repair are your responsibility and any charges customs import / export.

Equipment out of warranty

All costs for repair are your responsibility. An estimate will be sent and the repair will be made ​​after acceptance of the quote. Subscribing to any insurance is your responsibility. Please return any defective products via a carrier that can be controlled / monitored and capable of providing proof of delivery.
